Always very light in color ranging from pale straw yellow to yellow with greenish hues, Pinot Blanc is recognized for its fruity and floral aromas of plum, banana, pineapple and lemon combined with jasmine and acacia.Pinot Bianco is excellent paired with white meats, fish-based main courses, light cured meat appetizers, fresh cheeses and semi-aged cheeses.
