SPAGHETTI ALLA NERANO
Spaghetti alla Nerano is is a typical first course from the Amalfi coast in Southern Italy.
The recipe involves cooked spaghetti, fried zucchini, grated provolone cheese, basil and pasta water tossed together to create a silky, creamy sauce, similar to Cacio e Pepe.
This pasta dish has become popular thanks to it's feature in a Stanley Tucci episode on his show, Searching for Italy.
